This is a common problem in discussing the intricacies of spam headers
and spambodies. You are struggling to try to /describe/ something when
all that really matters is for the discussants or 'explainer' having
access to 'the whole enchilada' - the real thing not a description --
the entire raw spam with little or nothing excluded by excessive
mungeing.
I would provide you with a link to a similar spam in sightings, but you
have omitted all the useful information which could help with a search
there for a similar spam. You have left out the spamvertised site; you
have left out the multiparts; you have even left out the subject which
is sometimes useful for sightings spam searching.
You are someone who 'opens' and reads their spam, in the form of
previewing it. You are asking 'how come does this spam look like
(mumble mumble) this'.
If you aren't going to post the entire spam here, which I don't
recommend, and you aren't going to post it into sightings or spamcop's
parser to provide a link to it for us to see it, then you are going to
have to get your answer some other way.
I recommend that you 'inspect' the entirety of the spam by examining it
not in your preview pane, but in its message source. If you still want
to talk about its structure, then either paste it, that message source,
into sightings or the spamcop parser and give a link to it.
