It's not just that single lower-case letters don't display - some do (see
last line). Why not all? This entire message displays in an OE preview pane
as recognizable English, and I'd like to know what coding does this, or how
it works. I've included header data in case the reason is in there,
somewhere, but it all looks "normal" to me..

What you're seeing isn't encrypted or computer code, they're trying to
evade spam traps and filters to sell you drugs. Look at the capital
letters, Viagra, Xanax and so forth. To me, what this type of spam says
is "I'm a cheap shit spammer and I don't care who knows it. Send me
money and STFU"
