What you're seeing isn't encrypted or computer code, they're trying to evade spam traps and filters to sell you drugs. Look at the capital letters, Viagra, Xanax and so forth. To me, what this type of spam says is "I'm a cheap shit spammer and I don't care who knows it. Send me money and STFU"
