Madasafish monthly usage?

Just signed up with Madasafish but a/c not active yet.
Selected package says 5GB monthly limit and £2 per extra 1GB.
OK so far but when I look at their newsgroups page it says:
"Newsgroups usage

You have used 0GB of your 10GB allowance so far this month"

So have I got a 5GB or a 10GB limit, are ng's counted separately from 
general web usage?
