Anyway, it sounds like its your page file that is giving you trouble. How full is your hard drive? if its over 75% I would suggest that you "remove the fat" as it were from your hard drive if that is the case. you might also increase your page file. the default is your memory x 1.5. you might consider bringing it up to x2 or 2.5. You might also consider increasing your memory to 512mb. I would do a cost analysis first to see if it would be worth the cost to upgrade. you might find it more cost effective to get a new laptop after the upgrades are performed. Greg |
