Also check all leads are plugged in securely. If there is a fault, the most likely culprit is that the scanner light tube might have gone. Had that happen before where everything from the PC shows up as fine but just wouldn't activate a scan. Thanks Tony, I suspected the DC power and had done as you suggested. Killed 2 birds with one stone, the light tube was forced on (so that's OK) but the problem still remains :( -- KeithS. To reply directly, replace the first at with the second one |
